Hauer says thank you – our team had the pleasure of welcoming numerous visitors at the Interlift 2019 trade fair and turned some heads with an impressive double début. Our stand at the global leading trade fair in the elevators sector was definitely a huge success!

The trade fair in Augsburg, which took place between October 15 and October 18, was the setting for the reveal of two Hauer novelties – both of which proved hugely popular with our international audience. First of all, the fully redesigned elevatorshop website drew the attention of numerous visitors.

At the Interlift 2019, our trade guests had the opportunity to try out the new tools available on our relaunched elevatorshop website, which is now fully optimized for access via mobile devices. Alongside sophisticated filter functions, the creation of personalized wishlists was a particular source of enthusiasm. Our visitors experienced first hand just how quickly and easily ordering spare parts has now become.

Ordering Directly from the Wishlist – a True Innovation

“Measure, find, finished” is quickly becoming the elevatorshop’s new motto thanks to our new and improved quick-search system. What’s more, it’s now possible to order spare parts directly from your wishlist.

Of course, simply clicking through a few pages of the online shop isn’t enough to see just how many spare parts Hauer actually offers, as part two of our double début at the Augsburg trade fair was the unveiling of the hot off the press “Hauer 10” anniversary catalog, which we handed out to all our visitors at the event. This ultimate reference guide offers a clear and perfectly systematic way to find the spare parts you need and is available in four languages – English, German, French and Spanish. Finding around 12,000 common spare parts has never been quicker.

Accessing the correct spare part for elevators and escalators is child’s play now thanks to the free Hauer Catalog and the newly revamped elevatorshop website, which complement each other perfectly.

We couldn’t be more thrilled that so many visitors in Augsburg were interested in what we have to offer – the resonance was tremendous. Once again, a huge thank you from Karlsruhe!
